99 Cent Paradise!

While in New York visiting friends, I walked across the street and down the block for some bagels for breakfast. Next door was a store with this sign:


I was impressed at first, thinking it was another dollar-store-type-thing. But then I read the "fine print" underneath the title.

"If you got less than a dollar, keep on walkin'! We ain't got nothing in here for you."

Isn't that just like any other store? What do they actually sell here, anyway?
